U+CREW puts kids' imagination &
play first~no backstory required. Through pretend play, children naturally develop stronger social emotional skills, language, communication, & confidence in expressing who they are. Kids can explore, express, & affirm their unfiltered identity through play. Acknowledgment & acceptance is that simple.

Every aspect in our founder’s world has always been about creating, developing, & making EVERYTHING more fun. Our founder is incredibly curious, considerate, compassionate ~ always looking for ways to include others & bring joy. These aspects are what brought U+CREW into action. During 2nd grade, they were selected by their teacher to join a group of students who would meet with the superintendent regularly to give ideas on how to make the school better for future grades. During this same year, their amazing teacher also led a series of financial literacy projects that sparked a heavy interest in entrepreneurship.
With a deep curiosity in why there were certain gaps in the doll & action figure industry, a series of questions became action.
Why does this not exist? If not us, then who? If not now, then when? One thing led to another & we decided there is no better time to begin this
adventure.
